I think I agree with your review. Also I can add some other points like some characters just ended abruptly(Brahmi, sunil). And the bangaru kodi petta remix was a big disappointment when compared to original one and M.khan was nothing compared to D.Shanthi. Editing was not at all done properly.
And I think the scene where Srihari hits helicopter with his car was copied from die hard movie.
